All scheduled course booking details and fees for our 1 & 2-day courses are listed on our booking form. Fees are discounted for second and subsequent delegates attending from the same organisation. To book a scheduled course please use the booking form and return it to EBU Training Ltd, PO Box 261, Shipley, West Yorkshire BD18 1WQ.

In many cases, you will be able to charge the course fees to your approved projects. This is particularly the case when dealing with courses relating to ERDF & ESF funding.

Provisional bookings can be made by emailing your requirements to us. This will hold the required place(s) for 5 days following which a signed booking form must be received by EBU Training Ltd.

On receipt of the signed booking form, full joining instructions will be forwarded to the individual attendee(s).

We would request that payment of fees is made through your organisation’s BACS system as we are unable to accept credit/debit card payments at this point. Please provide a purchase order number on booking, following which EBU Training Ltd will raise an invoice for the total value. Please note that until payment has been received by EBU Training Ltd course places cannot be assured.

Cancellation Conditions

A full refund will be given where a cancellation is received 14 days or more prior to the course.

Cancellations must be made in writing to EBU Training Ltd (email accepted).

No refund will be given on cancellations received less than 14 days before the start of the course or for non-attendance on the day.

Please also note that registrations are not transferable between courses, however substitutions can be made at any time; please notify us of the name change as soon as possible.
